Under my clothes

This post is not connected to anything I’ve written before.

I am just wondering to what extent nudity is connected to sex. I mean, the naked body exists under your clothes all the time. It’s there when you are at work, or when you are walking down the street. And we know everybody has a naked body under their clothes…

Also. If nudity were so sexual, wouldn’t we all be constantly horny on the beach? I don’t know about you, but I am not.  I am attracted to some people, sure, but I am attracted also to plenty of fully dressed people every day. So no connection to nudity here.

I am confused. I also kind of feel like the Instagram/facebook policy about nudity is weird and only creates a really unhealthy environment, in which the human body is seen as something dirty/forbidden/illegal (you name it).

PACKING

Just realized I am going on another trip in less than a week.

So, I decided to do a small postcard giveaway. If you guess where am I going, I’ll send you a postcard from this place. How about that? I am going to 3 different cities in 2 different countries. Send me your ideas here and hope you are first who guessed right.

I’m kind of not expecting many people to guess the cities, so I might just send them to the ones who guess the countries at least…

Also wondering,

  • when you go on a trip, do you pack in advance or start 4 hours before your flight like me?
  • do you fold socks into balls?
  • do you think through your wardrobe for traveling (only take things that go together)?
  • do you take your pyjamas with you? (me – never, usually use my boyfriend’s t-shirts)
  • if you own any sex toys, do you take some with you?
  • do you buy clothes on your trips? What kind?
  • do you get tattoos when traveling?

p.s. You have like a week to guess the cities/countries. If you know because I told you, don’t answer!

The dress

Last year I decided embroidery is more than just a silly temporary hobby for me. I wanted to take it to the next level.

So, I took an embroidery course by Liza Smirnova, Russian artist located in Moscow. I was following her forever on Instagram and had admired her work – at least from the moment I saw one of her embroideries on the cover of Seasons magazine.

Where do threads come from?

This morning I took the subway to a place I’ve never been before – just some station rather far away from the center of Moscow. Then I waited for 15 minutes in the middle of the hall, and then some young person showed up with a plastic bag, gave it to me, took the money (300 rubles exactly, which is about 4 euros and change), said “happy new year!” and disappeared.

And this is how I got a huge amount of wonderful threads for my little stitching hobby, that otherwise would sooner or later end up in the garbage.
